In this every Wednesday journey, we will ease into a routine and help each other reap all of the benefits fasting has to offer. Each Wednesday we will focus on an aspect that links our mind to our body (the shu) to develop a practice that works for you! Beginning and sticking with our routine is not so easy, so let's start slow. We will start by devoting ourselves to discipline, will, and conquering the mind. We will learn how to tune into our nervous system & ease areas of tension and discomfort in the body, and discovering the tools to amplify our womb wellness experience.
